Which areas do you work in?
We are based in Gallalla, Polonnaruwa. Contact us with your site location and we will confirm whether we can take on the project.
How do I get a quotation?
Send your project details through the quote form or call us. For an accurate quotation we need drawings or a clear description, the site location and your preferred start date. We may arrange a site visit before pricing.
Do you work from my architect's drawings?
Yes. We build from approved drawings and specifications. If you do not have drawings yet, tell us and we will explain the next steps.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on the size, design, approvals and weather. Your quotation includes a programme with key milestones so you know what to expect.
How are payments structured?
Payments are linked to completed stages of work, as agreed in the contract. You receive an itemised quotation before work starts.
Are you registered with CIDA?
Yes. Ask us for our CIDA registration number and grade, and verify it on the CIDA website. (Admin: confirm these details before publishing.)
What happens if I want to change something during construction?
Tell us as early as possible. We will price the change and its effect on time, and carry it out only after you approve it in writing.
